If you have a New Year's resolution or goal make sure it's "S.M.A.R.T." for the best results & success. In my latest video I explain how to make your goal S.M.A.R.T. so you can achieve your best voice ever, this year!


Keep your intentions in mind too – it's not just what you do but HOW you do it.  

 

For instance, it's better to get one small task done with a positive attitude while you stay grounded (rather than doing several tasks with a limiting mindset).

 

What's a S.M.A.R.T. Goal?

 

S: Specific 


M: Measurable


A: Achievable 


R: Relevant


T: Time-Specific
